There's a few things I've learned over the past year......
The difference in the people that say they love you and the people that TRULY love you. That you will always face challenges...but it's up to you and only you how you deal with them. When that challenge is over will people think you are a strong, loving, caring kind person? Will you be proud of yourself for how you handled that hard time in your life or will you be ashamed? The way people speak of you and treat you is a direct reflection of their character NOT yours! There is family and then there is FAMILY. Family isn't always blood but family is ALWAYS love "I would never have asked for this trial, but I would never give it away." Hold your head high...believe in yourself...love yourself...be kind to yourself...trust your intuition and trust your heart. Forgiveness to those who have hurt you is hard...forgiveness to those that don't apologize or see their wrong doing is even harder. "Go where you're celebrated not where you're tolerated." But be kind, loving and tolerant. One of the hardest lessons...especially when it comes to people who are close to you..."It's none of your business what other people think of you." "Often it's the deepest pain which empowers you to grow into your highest self" Karen Salmansohn There will always be evil and hate....that does not mean you have to feed into it, listen to it or agree with it. Be YOU! Feed the love, ignore the hate. Grow, learn, love, blossom....bloom! Remember that no one is going to make your dreams come true....it is your job to wake up daily, work hard, stay focused, stay dedicated and move toward things that are seeded deepest into your heart. Enjoy every step of your journey and never wish you are already at the end of it.
